Adaptive Surf Clinic
Learn to surf! We are very excited to launch our new adaptive surf clinics! We will hold 3 to 4 clinics throughout the year to provide one to one adaptive surf instruction.
This clinic is offered to anyone with a physical disability who has a desire to learn to surf independently.
We will work with all levels hands on in small groups to provide instruction and water safety.
We require pre-registration and spaces are limited. Please contact Kristen at kristen@accessurf.org to register as a participant and to volunteer.
We ask that all participants be prepared to be at the beach for the morning with proper sun protection, hydration and snacks.We encourage people to bring any special gear that they may need such as padding, lifejackets, helmets and booties.
AccesSurf will provide:
- Ocean access with beach mats and chairs.
- Adaptive surf equipment: wave ski’s and prone boards.
- Trained surf instructors.
